After the quote

Turn your flooring contract template into a customer-ready PDF

Keep the clauses your company already uses. Upload the template once, review how it was structured, then fill the customer and project fields after each quote and download the PDF.

Your template remains the source. SquareTally identifies reusable wording and a limited set of project fields; it does not invent legal terms for each customer.

One analysis, then predictable field replacement

When you first upload a contract, SquareTally uses AI once to identify the document's reusable clauses and approved project fields. You review that structured template before relying on it. Creating a contract for a customer does not ask AI to rewrite the agreement; the saved template is filled with the project values you enter.

That distinction matters for contracts. The language should not drift from one project to the next because a model chose a different phrase. If your legal wording changes, upload and review the revised company template.

Ready for your signing workflow, without pretending to send

SquareTally downloads a customer-specific PDF. It does not email the contract, collect a signature or connect directly to DocuSign. Review the file, then upload it to DocuSign or whichever signing service your company already uses.

This feature adapts your document; it is not legal advice. Your company is responsible for the terms in its template and for reviewing every completed contract before it is sent for signature.

Included after the quote on every plan

The contract step works after a written installer quote on Lite and after a measured project on Solo, Pro or Studio. It does not require QuickBooks. See all plan details, or read how installers turn a written scope into a quote first.

Questions about flooring contract templates

Does SquareTally write a legal contract for me?
No. It adapts the template your company supplies and does not choose your terms or provide legal advice. Review the template and every completed contract.
What template files can I upload?
DOC, DOCX, RTF, ODT and PDF. SquareTally analyzes the file once so you can review the extracted wording and reusable fields.
Does it integrate with DocuSign?
No direct integration. Download the customer-specific PDF, review it, then upload it to DocuSign or another signing service yourself.
Can I create a contract without QuickBooks?
Yes. Contract PDFs are independent of QuickBooks and available on every SquareTally plan.
Does AI rewrite my contract for every customer?
No. AI identifies the reusable structure once at upload. Each customer contract then uses deterministic field replacement, not a new AI rewrite.
