SquareTally tutorials
Seven tutorials, in the order a job moves through the app. Each step is a short recording of the real interface on a fictional demonstration job, with the exact labels you will see on screen.
Start with Getting started if the account is new. Installers quoting their own work need tutorials 1 and 2. Dealers and design-build shops quoting from rooms and products follow 1, then 3 to 6. Tutorial 7 covers seats and roles on Pro and Studio.

Getting started with SquareTally
Sign in with an email link, add your company and logo, set how new jobs are quoted, and create the first job.

Quote an installation job from a written description
Write the job in your own words, check the lines, then download a PDF quote or create a QuickBooks draft.

Read the job out of the installer's text
Paste the installer's text, review the rooms, areas, customer and labor read from it, then add them to the job.

Measure a floor plan
Upload the plan PDF, set the scale from a printed dimension, trace each room and give it a laying style.

Materials, waste and pricing
Set waste per laying style, price woods from the vendor's sheet, assign rooms and review the material order with markup.

Create the quote: PDF or QuickBooks drafts
Check the estimate preview, then download PDF quotes or create linked material and labor drafts in QuickBooks.

Team and workspace
Name the workspace, invite teammates, set Member or Admin roles, remove access and switch workspaces.
How these tutorials were made
Every clip is the production interface, driven on a demonstration account. The job is fictional: a Halloran residence on Birchwood Lane, a sample plan drawn for these pages, and a sample vendor sheet from a made-up supplier. No customer, price list or plan from a real shop appears anywhere.
The clips are silent and 6 to 25 seconds long. Each one has a poster frame and only loads when you press play, so the pages stay light on a phone. Captions inside the clip name the action; the text under each clip says what to look for.
